REGISTRATION and COST
Please use this form to register for all of your Fall 2015 AIP classes. You may have an opportunity below to register for more than one course. The total cost for your Fall 2015 AIP courses includes fees paid to both Miami University and also to your AIP Master Institution. Your total cost will depend on the total number of hours for which you register.
MASTER INSTITUTION (MI) AIP Course Costs/Refund Policy:
The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden's 2015 AIP course costs are $110 per credit hour. These additional course costs are payable directly to CZBG at the following link: tickets.cincinnatizoo.org

Miami University 2015 AIP course costs, which include Tuition and Administrative Fee, are:
- Miami Univ. cost for 1 credit hour = $231.76
(Tuition = $192.76; Administrative Fee = $25; Tech Fee = $14.00)
- Miami Univ. cost for 2 credit hours = $438.52
(Tuition = $385.52; Administrative Fee = $25; Tech Fee = $28.00)
- Miami Univ. cost for 3 credit hours = $645.28
(Tuition = $578.28; Administrative Fee = $25; Tech Fee = $42.00)
Miami University's Office of the Bursar processes payment for the Miami University portion of your course costs.
MIAMI UNIVERSITY Payment and Refund Policy
Although you will not be asked to remit payment as part of this course registration form, please note that completing this form and clicking "Submit" below commits you to paying for this course.
Once you register for this course by completing this form, you are responsible for and commit to paying the Tuition and Administrative and Program Fees noted above by August 6, 2015
If you decide you cannot participate in this course after registering, to receive a refund from Miami University of Tuition only (the $25.00 Administrative Fee is non-refundable), you must drop the course by submitting your request to https://prototype.wufoo.com/forms/request-to-dragonfly-graduate-committee/
no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on August 21, 2015 (the last business day before the course start date of August 24, 2015). After this time, tuition is non-refundable. Note that although you may see different due dates associated with your Miami University Bursar bill, the due dates stated on this registration form apply.
We fully expect all students to honor their registration and payment commitments; however, please note that after registering for a course or courses, students who have registered but do not pay course costs will not be placed in the course for which they have registered. If you register for this course and do not withdraw by 4:30 pm EST August 21, 2015, you are still responsible for paying all fees and all tuition.
